"I felt like I was uplifted as soon as the energy entered into my body and this 'uplifting' sensation continued throughout the session. I am usually not very energy sensitive, but I felt like it worked its way from upper chakras to down. I've definitely felt it in my solar plexus and hara. It also stayed a long time in my knees and ankles, (I'm having some arthritis pain lately so I was thinking I might be getting some extended healing there :=) Also I was able to feel the chakras on the bottom of my feet. It was as if it is beaming out of my feet.
"I felt so relaxed that I didn't want to get up right away and I dozed off and woke up after 1 hour later.
"The next morning, as soon as I got out I was surprised with the bright colors and smells. Everything looked so vivid! I don't know if this energy sharpened my senses or not :=)
"I can't feel a change in my Reiki sensation and I don't know if I should have expected some or not. But I know Reiki is there and working :=)"
