"It was my intent to write you before now about my experience but life gets in the way sometimes. LOL. Due to unforeseen circumstances at the time of the Empowerment I was unable to be in meditation or as relaxed as I had intended to be during the appointed time. And while I'm sorry I missed that portion, I'm very excited by the changes I've noted in the depth of the connection to the Reiki energies.
"The connection is both deeper and stronger, and my sensation of the energies is warmer than it had been for some time.
"Also, I've been dealing [with] some major changes in my life which are simultaneously sad and joyful. I've also been dealing with past issues which I've avoided and buried that have recently begun to surface. Though I can't say what with any certainity, something released shortly after the session. My stomach was nauseous and my elimination system went into overdrive. lol. In the end, I simply felt what I can describe only as clean. (no pun intended - lol.) I still have a long way to go, but the Empowerment session has made a nice dent in things.
"The day after the Empowerment, as I went to work on some Distant sessions, I noticed right away the more intense tingle of the energy in my fingers and palms, as well as in my Crown, Brow, and Heart Energy Centers (chakras). This has been a beautiful experience and I'm so very pleased I did this."
