"Thank you for the Reiju empowerment it was wonderful.
"At first my head felt very heavy, and I could feel my hands and feet very warm. I became very peaceful, and felt as if I was swirling, first to the right, then to the left, and back to the right again, this carried on for about 10 minutes, I realised it was the energy and I could feel myself moving with it.
"During the Reiju empowerment I felt very relaxed and afterwards I carried out a self treatment."
"I could feel tingling in my feet and a coldness go down my spine, my head felt heavy, and eventually I could feel warmth in my feet, but nothing more.

I decided to try out my new found energy levels on a plant in my office at work, it was on its last legs, (forgot to water it during the summer), gave it some reiki and within 2 days it was looking good. I now give it reiki every week.
I have never managed to keep plants alive, no stopping me now.
I have also noticed that I am more relaxed in everything I do, and no longer let things worry me.
I go to visit my mother at the weekends, she is in a care home. She suffered from strokes, and the last one caused brain damage. I practice reiki on her (when she takes a nap) and although I know it will not make her well enough to leave the care home, it has made her more relaxed, and she doesn't seem to be so upset.
