"Thanks. It was a great experience. I first felt a very calming sensation for a while. Then I felt as though I was filling up with energy (kind of whitish+goldish light), from the feet upwards, it stopped for a while at my shoulders and then ran up to my crown. I felt so good, happy and on a real high!
"After Reiju, the 'great feeling' continued till I went to sleep at about 1:30 am. Next morning I woke up feeling real good. I notice since Reiju, I can concentrate and visualise the Master Symbol, while meditating very easily. Also while doing Hatsurei ho, I really can feel the energy coming down from my crown to the tantien very strongly. I get real heated up afterwards, so much so, that my wife says that she can feel heat coming out of me at least one foot away. This happened after Hatsurei ho, while watching the Olympics on TV. Also, I have to drink a lot of water to cool down after meditating and Hatsurei ho. It gets so hot, my eyes start watering."
