"Many thanks for the reiju empowerment, i was relaxed and waiting when my mind suddenly went totally blank and quiet, it was so peaceful and quiet that i don't think i would of been bothered had a bomb gone off in the room! Although i could still hear things they seemed to be in the distance and no matter how loud or what they were it didnt seem to disrupt the calm. After maybe 5 mins of this my hands heated up and i could also feel energy leaving through the soles of my feet."
