"That was just wonderful! Really, really wonderful. It started out in a very subtle way, but after a few minutes the energy was strong. It felt like an emotion -- like being wrapped in a wonderful emotion, very loving, very secure.
"Less than 10 minutes into it I felt a distinct shift in my lungs and began, for the first time all day, to breathe easily (my asthma has been really awful lately, but especially bad today). The shift in breathing was very marked, from one second and then the next, as going from awful to great. It felt like a big release. That was so wonderful, as I have been feeling very discouraged lately about my breathing. It is now about 10:40 pm and I'm still able to take full breaths, with no tightness at all. Thank you!
